HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES INGREDIENTS
• A cup of all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of white sugar
• 2 tablespoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 egg
• A cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
PROCESS
First, in a lar ge bowl, mix the flour , sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, add the eg g and oil. Mix until smooth. Next, heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Then, pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and finally serve hot.
